I'm Laura Baits, the CEO and Head Coach of Elevate You Coaching. I created Elevate You Coaching to empower women to live their best lives through exploring their limiting beliefs, improving self-image, and creating unstoppable confidence. I’ve been in the coaching space for over a decade and have helped hundreds of women push through their internal false narratives, to shatter glass ceilings, smash goals and unlock the warrior within.

My programs provide the roadmap to create life changing personal transformation that allows you to move past your fears and self doubt and move into the confident, healthy, empowered life you were meant to live.
